Diabetic retinopathy is a condition that affects the blood vessels of the light sensitive tissue at the retina of the eye. At first, Diabetic retinopathy causes no symptoms or mild vision problems but eventually it could cause blindness. The symptoms include blurred vision, patches or streaks that blocks the vision, sudden and total loss of vision.
